Honestly about to be a year living here and I soo love this place I donât understand other peoples bad reviews but I got my lil boy and daughter and I love it here safe very clean and loving there new upgrades and they remodeling the apartment property new dog park there new grills new upgrades to pool and all thanks to Omar sadly no longer works here no more but very nice maintenance staff very friendly âï¸5stars Newly called Proximity Apartments

First of all, I want to express my gratitude to Omar for his assistance and for seeing to it that I had everything I needed before moving. If youâre considering moving into these apartments, I would most definitely recommend him because heâll make the process go smoothly. He should unquestionably hold a more senior position! Thanks again Omar!!! Apartment cons: The only con I have is laundry if management could keep us updated of when laundry will be upgraded/ fixed that would be great. Of course the sooner the better.

I have lived here for a year and a half and absolutely love it. The location is convenient. Our unit was newly remodeled before we moved in. We rarely see any bugs. They do very well at having regular mandatory exterminator visits. They are super responsive to maintenance requests. I've only had to call twice, and for a clogged toilet, but both were on a Sunday and one if them was at night. Both times they were here in less than an hour. CJ in the office has always been amazingly helpful since the day we moved in. Her and Dasha the manager have gone the extra mile for us multiple times when we've had personal struggles and helped us obtain financial aid which they didn't have to do, but they did because they truly care. I never give undeserved compliments but if I could give Downtown West 50 stars I would.

Since the new manager has started, I have noticed that the property is much cleaners, and all of the issues that are brought to her are being resolved fast. The negative reviews here are untrue. I have been servicing this property for 5 years. The entire property is going through a massive interior and exterior renovation. This property went from unsafe and scary to even walk around, to looking fresh and completely transformed. The staff is top tear, and I itâs a shame there is so many people trying to smear the property.

It's amazing how far this property has come the last few years. I can hardly recognize it. The new amenities are high end, and the hallways and apartment interiors feel so upscale now. This is a community that I can recommend to my friends.

CJ was amazing at getting me and my son into a unit quickly at the time there was only a one bedroom available but she assured me as soon as a two bedroom was available I could transfer and yesterday she confirmed that I would be transferring she didn't just talk she came through one word AWESOME!

We have always loved living here. The staff is great and easy to talk to. But above all else my best experience involves maintenance. Our refrigerator went out and we contacted maintenance. Dillon showed up Johnny on the spot to look at our fridge and before we new it he was delivering a brand new one. He got it installed quick and even helped us get it loaded again. But it didn’t stop there. Dillon had noticed our kitchen lights were having issues. And without us having to even say anything he fixed them. As I said we have always had a good experience. But Dillon going above and beyond will always be one of the highlights.

I was very please with the leasing office, this was the first apartment I applied for and was pleased... Sage was great, helpful and friendly... They really want to have people move in and will help any way they can, I moved in and my kids are happy and love the community... We feel safe and its clean and seems friendly I am glad I made this choice... Thank you Solara you are amazing

Took a tour here. Place looks amazing. Seems very secure. The only reason why I did not apply for this place is it didnât have a washer or dryer or even hookups in the apartment. That was bad on my part I shouldâve looked further into it. There is a laundry facility though but itâs on the bottom floor. If youâre okay without a washer and dryer in the unit I highly recommend this place.

I literally had the best experience that Iâve ever had dealing with the leasing agent at Solara. Iâve been looking for two weeks for an apartment and after dealing with several places and realizing maybe the customer service just wasnât going to happen I was blindsided at Solara with just how much not only did they care but also how easy they made everything. The staff at solara are very attentive and pay attention to your needs. I recently needed maintenance assistance for my heater. I couldn't turn the pilot on and keep it on. I called the office spoke to a helpful lady by the name of Jackie and by the time I got home from work my unit was warm and I would of never known that anyone was in my unit. Thank you once again to the staff at solara.

I moved here a few months ago . Im very happy with my apartment. The property is under new management. ..and currently doing upgrades to buildings and property grounds. I'm happy with my apt. Its spacious. Comfortable. Clean. Safe. .convenient shopping areas,parks and golf course. It really is a nice community. if you need something fixed.. They are prompt to get it taken care of. Solara Apartments is nestled north of the clean, scenic downtown SLC shopping and dining area, but just remote enough to remain out of sight for the many who enjoy serenity. It has well maintained grounds, a pool, a gym, and even a movie theater! Not to mention prompt service when your unit needs some sprucing up due to wear and tear. Jetsy and her office staff are always positive and friendly and always give back to this family-friendly community. It is such an amazing place! Itâs home! I love it here!
