We have always loved living here. The staff is great and easy to talk to. But above all else my best experience involves maintenance. Our refrigerator went out and we contacted maintenance. Dillon showed up Johnny on the spot to look at our fridge and before we new it he was delivering a brand new one. He got it installed quick and even helped us get it loaded again. But it didn’t stop there. Dillon had noticed our kitchen lights were having issues. And without us having to even say anything he fixed them. As I said we have always had a good experience. But Dillon going above and beyond will always be one of the highlights.

Took a tour here. Place looks amazing. Seems very secure. The only reason why I did not apply for this place is it didn’t have a washer or dryer or even hookups in the apartment. That was bad on my part I should’ve looked further into it. There is a laundry facility though but it’s on the bottom floor. If you’re okay without a washer and dryer in the unit I highly recommend this place.

Me and my girlfriend were in desperate need to move locations due to personal matters. Management responded very quickly and there was an apartment available that weekend, we took a look at a, in the most polite sense of the word "Newly renovated". And honestly I dont believe the rent is completely worth what you're paying for. I enjoy the location, there are a few things off about the apartment, kitchen cabinets are of odd proportions and seem dated. But nothing too bad. So far everything works and the rooms are nice. Although walls are thin, I don't mind as long as my neighbors don't. I havent had any issues with appliances but if there are I'm sure I can fix them. All other previous renting experiences, landlords were terrible to work with. But, these people have been nothing but kind. And they're not all up in your business which is nice because I had previous renting issues from landlords invading privacy constantly and harassing us whenever given the chance. The neighborhood outside is "ghetto", but, it's close to the heart of the city. And we took a look at the apartment and lease, so it would be dumb to say anything negative like some other people hating it when they were given showings and still moved it. Transit is close and freeway is close. We really like it here. Props to the management.

Things have gotten much better at Solara! They are more responsive than they use to be! They are also working on the trash situation at Solara which is a very warm welcome. Their are off course plumbing issues and they’re is the occasional loud music, but the management really has worked hard to crack down on that as well! I am impressed by they’re efforts to make Solara a better place to live!

The staff at solara are very attentive and pay attention to your needs. I recently needed maintenance assistance for my heater. I couldn't turn the pilot on and keep it on. I called the office spoke to a helpful lady by the name of Jackie and by the time I got home from work my unit was warm and I would of never known that anyone was in my unit. they did a good job on the renovations for this complex. however when i moved in, the drawers in the kitchen were not yet installed, and once they were installed after about a month, they were done without any rails or rollers. so its just a drawer in a hole with a small piece of plastic to "secure" it in place. as i said before the rest of the renovations are very well done in the rest of the apartment so im not sure why the drawers were installed in such a cheap way. also the building has new magnetic security doors on the outer doors to the buildings which is nice as it keeps non residents out as you need a key fob to enter. however the door to my building has recently stopped working, so anyone can just come in, which defeats the purpose of the key fob. overall the experience after 2 months has been a good one. the staff are friendly and the building is quite after dark.

Nina was wonderful!!! after searching around town for apartments for 2 weeks I had begun to think that apartment communities just want application fees, and did not seem to care if you rented from them or not. Nina however helped me work though my minor hangups and worked with me to get the apartment. also since moving in last week she has showed real concern about helping fix the minor maintenance projects as well. great place so far and ask for Nina.
